Our packout service lets you know which of your items are restorable.

When we deal with damages we not only deal with structural damage to your residential or commercial property but we also do our best to restore or dispose of valuables beyond repair. Whenever SERVPRO deals with water, mold, or fire damage in a residential or commercial property we do an assessment of which materials or valuables are salvageable and which are disposed of or replaced. We do a pack-out which is a step in our process in which we relocate these materials out of the damaged areas. A pack-out usually filters out which of your belongings are salvageable and we will do our best to restore them to their original state. We use our software to provide an organized inventory of your belongings along with a photo gallery for your insurance to review
