Office room water leak

We received a call regarding water damage in a medical building.

The cause of loss was due to a roof leak and since the office was closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they had not noticed until about a week later.

By the time SERVPRO of Monterey Park arrived at the scene, the whole office building was flooded.

We started extracting the water and removed the drywall right away.

Since this was a medical building, we received approval to remove the entire flooring as well and paint all the offices. 

When our team was finished, we had the office looking entirely brand new and the entire staff was extremely pleased to be working in their new and improved workplace.
